Acquisition of CrystalTech Finalized

PHOENIX, AZ, Jul. 09, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc, one of the largest providers of Windows based web hosting, is pleased to announce the finalization of their acquisition by Newtek Business Services (NKBS). While the acquisition is now complete, CrystalTech will continue to operate as it has in the past, continuing to provide a high quality hosting environment that is now combined with the ability to satisfy the needs of small to medium sized enterprises with services such as credit card processing, small business loans, tax services and much more.

According to Tim Uzzanti, CrystalTech's Chief Executive Officer, the acquisition affords both principals the ability to co-market products and services to a much wider audience.
